Washington, March 17 Mr William Jennings Bryan has issued a statement strongly opposing the injection of the Treaty into the Presidential election, which, he declares, should bo fought only upon big domestic issues. He states: “I refuse to believe that any considerable number of Democrats will join the irreconcilable opponents of the Treaty and so prevent -ratification. For Democrats this course is unthinkable, and would be an unspeakable disgrace for ever afterward. ’ ’
