Received March 18, noon London, March 15 The Central News’ Berlin correspondent states that the crisis ended abruptly and Ebert and Kapp .have arrived at an agreement. Ebert remains in office pending the new elections within two months. Kapp abandons his intention to form a Cabinet, but Ebert summons a new Cabinet consisting of experts. A Foreign Office despatch states that there have been military coups in thirty-five German towns. The new Government’s position appears to be strengthening. There has been fighting at Breslau, Leipzig and Chemnitz. The elections in Germany are fixed tor 14th April. Prior to the announcement of a settlement it was reported that the Government had been overthrown at Bremen and Hamburg.
