The correspondent ot the Times at Paris reports that General Nivelle, discussing the flight to Timbuctoo, from which he was recalled by urgent military duty, states that the aviators report that the route of the future -trans-Saharan railway from Algiers to the Niger Valley will render accessible a great and fertile area, with immense supplies of cattle.
