KOPANE AND CHELTENHAM.

The Kopane and Cheltenham properties of Mr Lachlan T. McLean have been cut up into twenty-eight farms, which are being sold at Feilding on 23rd inst. The Kopane portion, over 900 acres, close to Rongotea, is considered to be some of the richest dairying land in the Dominion. There are 26 sections ranging from 24 acres to 48 acres, and all have splendid road access. In regard to the Cheltenham farms, these consist of heavy flat and undulating dairying and fattening land, the areas being 238 acres and 370 acres.
