CANADA'S NAVAL REQUIRMENTS.

Ottawa, March 10 Outlining the naval estimates, if Canada wishes to play her part in Empire affairs and protect her own shores, Lord Jellicoe in his report, which is published, recommends one battle cruiser, two light cruisers, six destroyers, four submarines and two fleet mine sweepers for purely port protective purposes, and recommends threo r; light cruisers, one flotilla leader, twelve torpedo craft, eight submarines and one parent ffiip. Four suggestions, ranging ; rom live millions sterling down to one million sterling, are outlined.
