A NEW PARTY. United Press Assoiation—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received March 16, 10 a.m, London, March 15 The newspapers assert that 11 Mr Lloyd George has decided to end the coalition and substitute a new Unionist Party, including the Moderate Liberals, of which he will be leader. It is expected that he will outline a scheme when he addresses the Liberals at Downing Street on Thursday. *Mr Bonar Law "sign the manifesto regarding the new party, which Sir George Younger, the Unionist whip, is supporting, but many Unionist organisations in the country object to Mr Lloyd George becoming their leader.
