London, March 14 __ The Paris meeting of the Council of tbo League of Nations adopted resolutions to provide for the appointment of a commission of ten members chosen by the Council, each of whom will he assisted by two advisers. Two of these members, one an employer of labour and the other a workman, will be proposed by the International Labour Bureau. The resolution adds that the International Bureau may; if it is thought desirable, send a commission to Russia specially to investigate the labour question A telegram jvill he sent to the Soviet Labourites in, Russia informing them of the Council’s proposals,- and asking if tney are prepared to give the commission all facilities to accomplish mission.
