The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights if handicapped under Bst 101 b) to carry 101 b penalty, and for every additional win filbs extra. If handicapped at 8s t 101 b or over to carry only half the above penalty, or if the handicapper deems it fit he may increase the above penalties. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries must be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, P.O Box 69, Dannevirke, with the name and age at the time of entry, name of owner, pe gree and performances of the horse, the registered colours of the owner. 2 Entries by telegram MUST be con firmed in writing by the NEXT MAIL, otherwise the fine under the Rules of Racing will be imposed. 3. All colours must be registered, or a fine of 1 sov wdl be imposed for every start. 4. The Committee reserve the right to alter the dat« or time for the de duration of nominations, weights, or acceptances, as they may think fit. 5. When nominating, the Name and Address of the Trainer must be given, also the Name or Assumed Name of the Owner, with his address..
