WEIGHTS for the first day’s events, including the Trial Plate, will be declared on MONDAY, the Bth dajt of March, 1920, and for the second day’s events at the office of the Olub at 7.30 p m. on the evening of the first day. ACCEPTANCES for the first day’s events, including the Trial Plate, will close with the Secretary at the office of the Club, Bulls, on TUEoDiY. 16th March 1920, at 9 p m., and for the second day’s i events at the same place at 9 o’clock on tfye evening < f Me firs'; day. PENALTIES, — The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be re-handioapped by the handioapper. RULES AND REGULATIONS.
