A COW’S KICK.
COSTS A FARMER £683. Per Press Association Auckland, March 11. At the Supreme Court a jury awarded Arthur Lloyd Cremer £6OO general and £B3 special damages against William Hall, farmer'of Mangere, arising from plaintiff being kicked by a cow he was mikling. The verdict is subject to a motion for a nonsuit on the reserved point that there was no evidence of negligence on defendant’s part.
