STUD SHEEP SALE.

Per Press Association. Ohristchuich, March 11. One of the largest lota of stud sheep, comprisingiEnglish Leicesters, Southdowns, Ryelands ’and Shropshires ever submitted for sale by one breeder was held on the show grounds to-day, when I. Andrew’s flocks were sold. There was a representative attendance of sheepbreeders and competition for the various lots was fairly keen. English Leicester stud rams sold up to. seven guineas, bat a large number were passed in as the buyers present were buying largely for stud purposes. The Ryelands offered sold well, a pen of flock ewes making 15 guineas, but Down flock ewes, both Shropshire and Southdown, were hard to qnit.
