United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. :vn; ’ London, March 9 Marconi’s Empire scheme of a wireless network proposes trunk and branch routes covering the whole Empire and all ships between latitudes 60 north and 50 sooth; also a separate transmitting and receiving station for the purpose of duplexing and arrangements for linking sea and air mobile stations with fixed stations chosen after consultation with the fighting service. The proposals include Australia routes via Singapore and Vancouver ; two main trunk stations in each of the same; Australia connecting New Zealand by a main feed station; also feeder stations in each important city of the Commonwealth. All employees except menials to.be British born.
