A good selection of slipes were at fall opening rates A poor selection of greasy crossbred had a hardening tendency. There were practically no withdrawals of lower sorts. New Zealand “Gear” brought so>^d. Received Feb 18.. noon. London, Feb 11 At the wool sales Merinos were very firm. Fine and medium crossbreds were firm, chiefly bought for the home trade. Shabby sorts were withdrawn, Slipes and scoureds were unchanged.
