Received Oct. 39, 10 a.m. London, Oct. 37.
The Australian Press Association interviewed Admiral Sir Reginald Henderson who said .he was disinclined to give armchair criticism on the telegraphed version of Lord Jellicoe’s report. He regards Lord Jellicoe as an able organiser and administrator with unique experience. Admiral Henderson, however, believes that Australia’s great need in the present financial position is not lavish expenditure on armaments but on the development of maritime resources in all directions, including r ailways to the coast, also to in* crease her seafaring population by every means In her power, particularly by promotion and encouragement of the fishing industry.
