Troops retired from Pulkovo to the extreme limit of dßfence3 of Petrograd. Further retirements would transfer lighting tojthe city. Trotsky says tanks u are now supporting the Red troops, who rallied, hut the enemy is only one march from Petrograd. Work on fortifications must be continued and the defence of the city organised.
