GENERAL COURT MARTIALLED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. & Paris, Oct. 23. Acting on the advice of the Committee of inquiry, the War Minister has decided to courtmartial General Fournier, commandant at Maubeuge in 1914, in connection with the capitulation. Eight othor superior officers will also bo charged.
