Paris, Oct. 22. Despite the Supreme gCouncil’s strong remonstrance, the Roumanian occupation of Hungary still continues. The Roumanians are ruthlessly stripping the country, removing even food, wool, and ornaments. Roumanian soldiers patrol Buda l*esth and none can stir without Roumanian authority.
