Received Oct. 24, 10 a.m. Now York, Oct. 22. The New Tork Times’ Atlantic Uty correspondent states that the Italian mission informed the Conference that Italy’s greatest requirement was wheat. She must import 1 500,000 bushels, for which long «me credits will be required. Italy desired a loan of 500 million dollars, of which it is hoped two-thirds will bo obtained in the United States,
