FURLOUGH TO BE GRANTED.' Per Press Association. Wellington, September 6. Sir 3ames Allen, referring to the granting of leave to long servicemen with the Expeditionary Force, said : We have authorised the return to New Zealand of 50 men per month on duty furlough. This furlough is to be given in turn to all men who have served three years in the war, and special leave is to be given to men who wish to return on urgent business.
