A BOLSHEVIK ARMY DESTROYED LOYAL RUSSIANS CO-OPERATING

Official advices are to the effect that the Ozecho-Slovaks have destroyed the Bolshevik army east of Lake Baikal. Cossacks are co oper ating with the Czecho-Slovaks. Mr Fran'is, American representative, cabled from Archangel to the United States Department that loyal Russians are joining the Czechoslovaks in large numbers. CHILIANS ; SEIZE GERMAN VESSELS.
