UNDER BRITISH BOMBING. AN ARSENAL SMASHED London, August 14. A German message states that a British bomb, during Sunday’s raid on Karlsruhe, struck the arsenal, causing a great explosion. Others seriously damaged the Railway Station and Ducal Palace, Eleven deaths were caused.
