ENEMY REINFORCEMENTS CONCENTRATING.

GERMAN TERRIBLE LOSSES. London, August 13. Reuter’s correspondent at British headquarters, writing on the afternoon of the 13th, states that the Allied drive at Monfcdidier to the north of the Somme has reached a comp natively quiet stage.
