Sir Douglus AHaig reports: The baUlefroat was comparatively quiet except for increased artillery fire. We took priseoners at several different points. Raiding and patrol activity is reported south of the Scarps and northeast of Robec, and in the neighbourhood of Vieux Berquin. Since the £th, the French First Army and the British Fourth Army have captured over 20,000 prisoners, including SOO officers, of whom eight are regimental commanders. We also rook six hundred guns, including many neavies, several thousand machine guns, numerous trench mortars, also three complete trains of vast stocks and stores.
