JULY LAUNCHINGS. London, August 9. It is officially anounced that July launchings in the American yards were 67 steel ships of 435,344 dead weight tons ; 53 wooden ships, 187, 000 tons deadweight; three composite, 11,000'tons deadweight. During the same’" period 41 vessels of 235,053 deadweight tons were completed, of which 36 were of 217,053 deadweight tons, and five wooden of 18,000 deadweight tons.
