A REIGN OF TERROR.
HUNDREDS OF SUSPECTS KILLED FAMINE AND CHOLERA RAMPANT Received August 30, 1.30 p.m. Travellers from Petrograd state that an incredible terror reigns in Russia. Bolsheviks have been arresting all suspects, including a thousand officers. During the last few days several hundred have been killed.
Famine and cholera are claiming masses ot victims daily.
