The British right Hank at Camhrai is particularly tempting. The Echo de Paris states; The German offensive will probably he between Lille and Camhrai, involving the engagement of from sixty to eighty divisions. SIR DOUGLAS HAIG’S REPORT. ACTIYITY'OF; ENEMY ARTILLERY, Loudon, Feb. 22. Sir Douglas Haig reports; We repulsed raiders southward of Armen tieres. Patrols ''elsewhere [brought in a number of prisoners. AMERICAN WAR FINANCE. NEW ISSUES TO BE GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED. Washington, Feb, 33. The Senate reported a Finance Corporation Bill, appropriating 500 million dollars. The Bill authorises the Government to control nejv issues of stocks and bonds as cabled on the 12th January.
