The Chicago Daily IS'ews’ correspondent at Harbin says that a preliminary session of a Constituent .Assembly, held at Tomsk to discuss Siberia’s autonomy, resulted in a pitched battle between Bolsheviks and other elements,' and twenty were killed. § Eastern Siberia is menaced by Austrian and German prisoners, of whom there are fifteen thousand, in the Amur province alone.
