Admiral Von Tirpitz, in a newspaper interview, said that Germany rebuires the military occupation of Blegium’s submarine bases to prevent the English and American renewing their attacks. The world’s future would be divided between continental Europe in one camp and England and America in the opposing camp. He said : li We must force England to give us what we need. We can hold out longer than England and her friends. ”
