IMPERIAL PURCHASES.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Dec. 20. The Prime Minister stated to-day tint the total payments hy the Imperial Supplies Department, on account of the Imperial Government, for produce purchased in New Zealand up to the fifteenth of December, amounted to £42,158,224.
