A NEW DEPARTMENT.
(Received Thursday. 10.48 p.m.) LONDON, Dee. 19. It is ofdctally announced that a new 'Department of Overseas Trade Development and Intelligence has been constituted. Sir William Clark has boon appointed and Mr F. G. Burton. formerly of the Colonial Office, has been appointed director of the Overseas ’Division.
