The Press Bureau lias issued an offi'C'ial diagram which shows that the British. Allied, and neutral tonnage sunk has steadily decreased. The sinkings Croiu September to December 12 were lower than those of the March quarter. Another diagram indicates a steady rise in the German submarines sunk. The total since September is nearly double the total in the March quarter.
