Mr Edward Newman, M.P., has received the following letter from the Rt. Hon. Mr Massey, Minister of Lauds :—Sir —Referring to your request that legislation ho provided to permit of the expenditure of funds derived from Sandou Public Park upon the upkeep of the Sandou Public Hall, I have to advise you that the necessary legislation is provided by Section 53 of the Reserves Disposal Act, 1917.
