EXTRAORDINARY DEDICATION. APPEAL FOR GERIV3AN HELP. Received Oct. 12, 9 a.m. New York, Oct. 11. Semi-official advices from Rome state that the Austrians have lost a million men at the Italian front, decreasing the force there by one third. It is ascertained that the Austro-Germans now consider the Italian front most dangerous, and Austria is urging Germany to send addtional troops.
