ARREST OF MADAME TURMEL.

Madame Tunnel, wife of Deputy Turmcl who has been arraigned for treasonable correspondence with the Germans, has been arrested. Madame Tunnel is suspected of changing Swiss notes, which her husband brought from Switzerland.
