EQUALITY OF RUSS AND HUN. RUSSIAN MUNITIONS SUFFICIENT PREPARING FOR GREAT OFFENSIVE. Paris, Nov. 35. The Petit Parisian’s Russian correspondent states that the Russians and Gormans on the Riga-Dvinsk front are of nearly equal strength. Potrograd is sending sufficient munitions. Freezing lakes, rivers and marshes will make the defensive more difficult. Other messages state that the Russians are preparing for a general offensive.
