Obituary.—Baron You Wangenheim, Embassador and Minister at Athens tor several years, where the Kaiser’s sister gave him a tremendrous advantage. Wangenheim went to Turkey in 1912 to frighten Turkey into the Austro-German Aliance. He lived in a sumptuous style, his pockets being staffed with German gold, surrounded by a retinue of Turkish experts. Wangenheim wasthis year transferred to Sofia and secured the Bulgarian Allianca.
