A COMMUNIQUE. CANNONADING IN BELGIUM. SITUATION UNCHANGED. Received Dec. 2, 9 a.m. Paris, Dec. 1, A communique states that there was a lively cannonade ,in Belgium on Monday, but no German infantry attacks. The enemy is more north of Arras and there lias been intermittent cannonade in the region of the Aisne.

Fighting continues in the Argonne, but the situation is unchanged.
