United Press Association- By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received March 4, J. p.m. Berlin, March 2. The two editors of the Weltana Montag have been summoned for insulting the Crown Prince. The paper dabbed him “William the Last” and severely criticised his telegrams to the Zabern military, endorsing their assaults on civilians, and declared that ho was a thorough agitator for a German Republic.
