RESULT OF CO-OPERATION.

The New Zealand Farmers’ Cooperative Association’s profits last year were £56,321 excluding £3956 brought forward The directors decided to pay a B*4 per cent, dividend on ordinary shares, 6 per cent on preference shares, and 5 per cent on shareholders’ purchasers, and also to carry £IOOO to the reserve and write ten per cent off plant.
