DEATH OF MR A. SKERMAN.

Per Press Association. Levin, August 39. While a hose reel was being taken to a fire yesterday an accident occurred. Mr A. Skerman, an Otaki runholder, who was standing in Queen Street, Levin, by some means fell and sustained injury to the back of his head. He. was removed to a private hospital where he died last night after an apoplectic fit. [Deceased was a brother of Dr. Skerman, of Marton. ]
