GERMAN MILITARY DEMANDS.

The Daily Nows says nearly the whole of the Liberal press in Germany is protesting aaginst the exaggerated military demands, especially the war tax in peace time. It is expected that the tax will be distributed over a long period. The chieLßavarian Catholic organ fiercely assails the increase.
