Results:— Suburban Hurdles, once round and a distance. —Master Paul 1, Golden LoopS, Aema 3. Also ran: Daylight Bill. [[Master Paul led all the way and won by three lengths.' Time, 3min Isec. Spring Nursery, four furlongs. Jason 1, The Hague 8, Nightwatch 3. AIT started. The race was run in thick rain. Jason and The Hague went to the front, the former winning by a length, Nightwatch two lengths away. Time, 49sec. - Avon Welter, 7 furlongs.—Pilgrim’s Way 1, [Seaton Dale 3, Troon 3. Scratched: Canute and Foam Flake. Mount Victoria made the running to the straight, where Pilgrim’s Way took charge, winning by three lengths, Troon half a length away. Time, Imiu 30esc.

AUCKLAND R.C. MEETING. FIRST DAY. Auckland, November 6, The A.R.C. Spring Meeting commenced to-daydn showery weather. The attendance is fair. Results Maiden Hurdles, 1% miles. — Sphinx 1. Captain Paul 2, Surplus 3. Scratched: Adherent, Pyrmont, Napper Tandy and Shebeen. Sphinx took charge seven furlongs from home, winning by two lengths. Ambergris, Rawinia, Nelius and Blue Mount fell. Time, ,2min 57sec. Great Northern Guineas, one mile.—Bleriot 1, Prince Soult 2, Monorail 3. Scratched: Gelatine. Our King made Jche running to the distance, where Bleriot and Prince Soult challenged, the former winning by two lengths. Time, Imin 44sec.

Welcome Stakes, five furlongs.— Tinopai 1, Merry Roe 2, Lady Alicia 3. Scratched: Marshal McDonald. A good race; won by a length and a half. Time, Imin 4sec.
