Senator Fall in .the Senate arraigned Government for failure to secure redress for Americana suffering from excesses by the rebels and the Government of Mexico. Senator Fall alleged that a department of the State used its influence In favour of Madeto to overthrow Diaz, and the United States wonld he unable to recover its lost prestige for the next fifty years.
