ALLEGED BREACH OF AWARD.

Per Press Association. Wellington, July 16 Reserved judgment was given by Dr. McArthur, S M., to-day, in the case in which Denis Oarmody, Inspector of Awards, proceeded against Jas. Godber‘and Oo , Ltd., to enforce a penalty for an alleged breach of the Wellington lOperatlve'Bakera’ award relating to pastry cooks.
