The trade figures for Now South Wales for the decade show thoro has been an increase of nearly a million and a half acres in area placed under cultivation. The wheat area has gfbwn' by a million’ acres and the butter production has more than doubled during the' period. The mineral industry shows a similar condition. Tho trade of the State has now reached a total of £980,803,000 or £SO per head of the population, am increase of £37 during the decade,
