No: ire is hereby given that the ! following Special Older was made at i a special meeting of the Franklin County Council held on Thursday, September 3rd, 1011, and will bo confirmed at the next ordinary meeting of the Council to bo held on THURSDAY, October Ist, 1014. SPECIAL ORDER TJ BORROW £450. In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Local Bodies Loan Act, 1908, and amendments thereto the Franklin County Council resolve by Special Order as follows : That for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund upon a loan of Four Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£450), authorised to be raised by tho Franklin County CouucU as above mentioned for certain Public Works to wit: For procuring the necessary land for, and making and forming Hogwood's Road Deviatiou. The said Franklin County Couucil will make and levy a special rate of 1-tith of a penny in the pound upon the capital value of all the rateable properties in the special rating area as defined hereuador.
