Bantam, said the campaign against defective and faulty lights had been Intensified. A high percentage of accidents on the road occurred at night, In many eases the cause being dazzling or Insufficient lights. A recent accident in the county. which proved fatal, was said to have been caused by the driver being blinded by oncoming lights. A high percentage of faults could be found in those vehicles used only during working hours and which required lights only at the end of the day.
