PUTARURU PRICES The .Farmers’ Auctioneering Company held its stock sale at Putaruru on Monday. A medium yarding of fat sheep was" yarded. There was a good demand and a from sale resulted. There "was: a small entry of boner cows, and late rates were maintained. • Prices were:— Sheep.— Fat wethers, 40s to 41s 6d. Extra heavy fat ewes, to 36s 3d. Fat ewes, 27® to 20s. Fat lamibs, 25s to 265. Five and six-year in-lamlb ewes, 30s 9d. . ■M.A. ewes, 255. Cattle.— Light fat cows, £6 to £6 12s. Empty 2-year heifers, £4 4s to £5. Jersey cows, close to profit, to £l2 lOs.
