A Happy Party. On Monday evening Miss Burns gave a party in honour of Miss E. Grey at her residence. Games, competitions and dancing formed a delightful programme. Mrs. Vetti won an advertisement competition, and Miss Aikman and Mr. Dunstan won the mystery waltz. Among those present were Mesdames Bums, Anderson, Long, Wormald, Vetti, Misses McKenzie, Grey, A. Wallace, F. Bromley, V. Dunstan, Aikman and Messrs. G. Brown, A. Bales, R. Little, Aikman, D. Smith, A. Aikman, P. Dunstan. The evening concluded with “ For She’s a Jolly Good Fellow.” Personal. Mrs. and Mr. W. Potter have returned from their holiday. Miss Grey has returned to Arapuni school for another term. Mrs. McGill has returned from Huntly. Mrs. Wormald and her daughter are staying with Mrs. Long. Mr. and Mrs. 'Aikman returned with their son to Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. Birse and Murray spent a few days at Waihi. Miss McKenzie has filled the vacancy in the school staff caused by Miss Ware leaving Arapuni. | Miss Thornton has returned to Waihi. Mr. J. Norman, of Auckland, spent a week in Arapuni. Mrs. Anderson is at present in Arapuni. Mrs. Higgins is staying with her daughter, Mrs. F. Brown. Mr. G. Brown has returned from his holiday in Auckland. Mrs. McDonald has been in Auckland for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Grupin returned from a short stay ,in Auckland on Monday. Mrs. Harriday is staying with her j people at Thames. I
