FOR CHILLY MORNINGS.

This is an ordinary gymnasium exercise, adapted for use iu a small room, which will be found excellent for warming the body on chilly mornings. Circle the right arm backwards whilst springing up on the right leg and drawing the left knee up. as in hopping. Then circle the left; arm backwards, drawing up the right knee, and continue to thus use alternate arms and legs rhythmically, as if to music.
